How do you get the boomerang in Link’s Awakening?
The Boomerang is the last item you can get after completing the Link’s Awakening Trading Sequence.
It requires you to go to a hidden cave on the coast of Toronbo Shores with the Magnifying Glass in hand.
There, you’ll see a cracked wall.

An effective way to defeat them is for Link to walk towards them, jump over them with the Roc’s Feather, and release a Spin Attack, damaging their vulnerable backsides. They can also be shot with the Bow.
